The aim of this checklist is to help you get started with some of the decisions you’ll need to make for your new kitchen. Complete the checklist below before your first meeting with your kitchen renovator and use it as a starting point for discussions.

Other things to do:

  • Collect photographs, magazines and images of things you like in kitchen design to show to your designer. These could be hard copies, or use something like Pinterest or Houzz. Check out the Links page on our website for latest design ideas and trends.

  • Have a rough budget in mind and share this with your kitchen renovator who will be able to advise you on a range of products suitable for your style and budget.

  • Ask yourself how long will you live at this house? If you are not planning on moving, then invest in products and styles that are going to look good for years to come and do not date easily.
